1. Definitions - Internal currency

"Internal Currency" (abbreviated as "SUT") is the virtual currency used exclusively on our Platform for skin transactions. SUT has no cash value, is not redeemable for real-world currency, and has no value or utility outside the Platform.

We reserve the right to restrict access from additional territories at our discretion.

7.1. Data Retention

The Company retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce its agreements.

Transaction Records. Transaction records, payment-related information, and associated compliance documentation shall be retained for a period of five (5) years from the date of the relevant transaction or from the end of the customer relationship, whichever is later, in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and regulatory requirements.

Inactive Accounts. User accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period of twenty-four (24) months may be deactivated and scheduled for deletion. Personal data associated with inactive accounts will be deleted or anonymised unless retention is required by law, regulatory obligations, fraud prevention requirements, dispute resolution, or legitimate business interests.

Legal and Regulatory Requirements. Where applicable law requires a longer retention period, the Company will retain the relevant information for the period prescribed by such law and securely delete or anonymise the data thereafter.

Upon expiration of the applicable retention period, personal data will be securely deleted, anonymised, or otherwise disposed of in accordance with the Company's data protection procedures.

8. Streitbeilegung

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic and applicable European Union legislation.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Slovak Republic.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any mandatory consumer protection rights granted to consumers under the laws of their country of residence within the European Union.

9. Allgemeine Bestimmungen

10. Refunds and Cancellations

10.1 Customers may request a refund within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of the original payment. Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

10.2 Consumers residing in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland have the right to withdraw from a digital content purchase within fourteen (14) days after delivery, without the need to provide any reason.

10.3 This right of withdrawal ceases once the consumer has expressly agreed to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledged that such consent results in the loss of the statutory cancellation right. However, where account funds have been added but remain unused, a refund request may still be submitted.

10.5 Once approved, refunds will be issued within fourteen (14) days from the date of confirmation. Depending on the payment provider, processing times may extend up to thirty (30) days. Refunds will generally be made using the original payment method unless another method is agreed upon by both parties and does not involve any additional fees. For refunds of unused account balances, the original fiat currency shall be used, and the applicable exchange rate will be determined at the time the refund is processed.
